The minimum age to use our bouncy castle without adult supervision is 4 years old. Anyone under 4 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
If there is a party before yours then they will be in the food hall as you arrive. You can therefore arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time. The party before will leave while your party is in full swing. We usually ask that you give us a few minutes to tidy up before your little person walks through the door. Don’t worry though – this is plenty of time as there is nothing for you to do, we have it all it hand!
Yes, that’s absolutely fine — we just ask that you let us know in advance so we can have a quick chat and make sure we understand everyone’s needs.
We’re very flexible and, if a child would prefer to bring their own food, we’re more than happy with that and won’t charge for their food. Where possible, we can swap items (for example, offering dairy-free options for party guests). For specialist items such as dairy-free items or gluten-free bread, there may be a small additional charge.
Please be assured that any extra charges are simply to cover the cost of the items — we don’t make a profit on them
This package includes Tea, Coffee, Sugar, fresh milk and biscuits for your adult guests (approx. 15 adults). Also unlimited squash and water for the children throughout the party.
There is no access to the kitchen so if bringing your own then please ensure your food is ready to serve.
Please remember it is your responsibility to clear up and take away your rubbish.

You can set up the food hall 30 minutes prior to the children going in there to eat (or earlier if we are all cleaned up ready for you!).
Unfortunately we do not allow decorations in the party or food room at all but don’t worry we always decorate our party halls with enough balloons and decorations to make it look special!
It is not possible to have any party games in the party room or the food hall, however, if you wish to have a particular game please message us PRIOR to the party and we will do our best to accommodate. Please do not be disappointed if you turn up with games on the day and are unable to use them!
It is not possible to bring your own tea and coffee into the party venue, if you wish to offer your adult guests hot drinks you must order our drinks package.
If you choose to bring your own cold drinks please ensure that the children do not have fizzy drinks. It will be your responsibility to tidy up and remove rubbish from the venue prior to the end of the party room end time.
If the birthday boy/girl have little brothers and sisters who are not old enough to join in the party then of course they can enjoy the disco lights and the fun of the day without charge. Only those who are taking part in the party (i.e. playing on the bouncy castles) are included in the party numbers.
We need to know final numbers a week prior to your party date to enable us enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
Our terms and conditions do say that we need final payment 2 weeks prior to your party. We understand that it is not always possible to confirm final numbers that early so we offer some flexibility on this, message us if you need more time. As long as we are settled up a few days before that will be ok.
